The start up intends to break up boundaries in real state business in Brazil. But to do that they needed an optimum experience in their digital applications. They have financial investments and a pretty good horizon in market share, but they only offered at that time a native android app without much bright .

With 2-month deadline, we first focused on the personas and their needs. After that we create the ideals journeys for each one and then we started to think about the interface. 

We decide to use Bootstrap for the web version, to give the developers more velocity in their work. For the android and iOS native apps the chosen technology was ReactNative.

Even though the team haven’t much time, we did not underestimate the value that each interaction has to the users. The rosestone of this project was to build something truly enjoyable to use.

My role on the project

As UX Designer, I’ve been participate in the discovery phase and some business definitions. After that I built some wireframes, the UI and prototype.

Those deliverables are just a few examples of what we have done in this project. Throughout the process we have been analysed the business opportunities and the market projection.

Besides that we did a deep review of the market players, trying to figure out what they are doing and how this project will be distinguished. Moreover we based our decisions in a vast bibliography about usability, human-centred design, user experience and best practice for digital products.
