Hello

I’m Anderson Bier, an UX and Product Designer with a Licentiate degree in History and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Product Design.

I like to use my humanities background into UX in order to better understand the context, conjunctures and structures that the user is inserted. After all, we connect people to technology, but we do this in real world, full of subjectivities and variables.

A little about me

I love reading and discovery new things, in my opinion all kind of knowledge is useful. My hoobies includes sports (I played voleyball semiprofessionaly), acustic and eletric guitar, board and digital games, and sure, hanging out with friends and drinking a good beer 🍻.

My Career so far

I have experience with graphic design, books, magazines, flyres, posters and so on. I also made some logotypes, visual identity and websites. As UX designer I’ve been participate in all parts of the proccess: user research, wireframes, flows, definitions, concept, UI, prototypes, user testing and metrics. I know a few things about coding too, like HTML/CSS and a little bit of JavaScript.

I have a more generalist profile and currently my focus is on strategic design – tied to the business. I believe that design and the user experience are more than just pixels, so I try to see the big picture, an holistic vision, to help design not only the WOW experience but and viable and feasible one.
